Bending
Our aluminium bending and forming service can manufacture millimetre perfect custom flashings according to your requirements.
Our modern machinery, which includes three computer operated press breaks, allows us to bend almost any profile quickly and with great levels of accuracy, handling lengths up to 3000mm.
We can bend or form almost any extrusion section, which allows us to complete one-off custom jobs, or large scale supply.
Water Jet Cutting
We are the only company with the latest state of the art OMAX water jet cutting technology and machinery in Western Australia. OMAX is widely recognised as the best in the industry and is suitable for intricate work that is extremely accurate.
The OMAX machine is able to cut a wide variety of materials ranging in thicknesses and sheet sizes up to xx. with the highest quality finish and remarkable accuracy. This includes aluminium, steel, stainless steel, alloys of all types, rubber, plastic, brass, concrete, glass, ceramics, titanium and copper.
Designed for a wide range of machining requirements, the OMAX water jet cutting unit sets a higher standard for precision abrasive waterjet machining.
Laser Cutting
At Custom Aluminium, we use Bystronic fibre laser cutting technology. Turret Punching
Our modern, high-speed computer operated turret punch makes fabricating panelling a breeze.
Automated turret punching offers many benefits, with this solution being ideal for large scale manufacturing of sheet sizes up to 1200mm x 3000mm. We can punch steel, stainless, galvanized, aluminium, brass and copper in thicknesses from 0.8mm to 6mm thick with minimal limitations on margins and sizes.
Our high-tech design software and self-loading machine can produce perforated sheet metal to any design, pattern, shape or size with speed and precision.
